feel very confortable and safe
i could no stay longer
It was quiet and clean the staff are very nice and helpful
I did need an extra towel and wash cloth but was to tired to go to the office
The place was not a place that I would want to stay at very unclean
The staff was polite
Everything seemed to be falling apart Outlets didn't work fixtures were falling down or out of the wall... the room never seem to cool down the bathtub was filthy the microwave was dirty and the refrigerator was Rusty on the inside... my husband also kept getting propositioned by prostitutes staying at the location... seeing as I have small children I will not be back to this location or Econo Lodge.
The air wasn't cold, had problems with the television telephone didn't work had people sitting outside the door BBQing
The location was close to where I needed it to be.
Everything. Unfriendly/unhelpful staff that didn't follow up on any request made. Wifi didn't work. Phone had no cord. Room was dirty. All the drawers to the dresser were glued shut. There was coffee grounds in the coffee filter that looked at least a week old. Iron board, but no iron. Our towels were taken by room service and not replaced. Every time help was asked for, we were told to wait and received no help. We were told we wouldn't receive a refund for this horrific stay. I have stayed at Choice Hotels multiple times and this is by FAR the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service was terrible and the condition of the hotel was even worse. I still cannot believe that I was refused a refund so that I could stay elsewhere. I will most likely never risk staying at an Econolodge ever again and will warn everyone I know to stay away for the sake of their sanity and their wallet.
Ideal location to where I needed to go.
The room was clean but didn't not smell fresh. Try using a air freshener when cleaning the rooms.
It was only a few blocks from the Springer Opera House where my conference was.
The room looked like it was falling apart. Bathroom hardware was hanging from the wall from only one screw, TV remote was broken, multiple wall plugs didn't work.
very poorly maintained. everything seemed broken, pulled apart. It took me two days to get an iron. a lot of deferred maintenance. minimal breakfast offerings, but I didn't pay much either.
DID NOT LIKE A DAMN THING AND WILL NOT RETURN OR TELL ANYONE ELSE TO GO THERE...
BED BUGS IN ROOM 119, BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS. NO WAKE UP CALL, NO EXTRA PILLOWS, NO BLANKET ON BED, COULD SEE DAYLIGHT THROUGH SIDES OF DOOR. BEGGAR OUTSIDE OF ROOM WANTING MONEY. ROOM HAS NEVER BEEN UPDATED FROM THE 70'S AND MOST OF ALL BED BUGS,!!!!!
The location was excellent a lot of places to eat
Jus minor things with trash an debris behind the bed..towels an stuff were clean but not stain free
Had a small microwave. Location was great!
Found ticks in my bed. No towels. Not much of a breakfast. No coffee maker. No towels. I've never been in any hostel that didn't provide towels. At $60.00 a night (that was the discounted rate). It's winter and the A/C was on 60 degrees when I walked in. No blankets. I had just stayed at an Econo Lodge property the night before in Macon. Hot breakfast, clean room, lots of towels and even provided a blanket since it was cold. I guess it depends on who is running the property as to the quality of the guests stay.
Friendliness, the receptionist was very nice
The towels in the room were stained and smelled bad
Room very small, found large dead bug on floor. Remote did not work.
The remote control did not work for the tv. No phone to call front desk. In a part of town you wouldn't want to run to front desk after you check in at 11 pm for dr appt and surgery the next morning. I sure hope other ecnolodges are better than this one or I won't be staying g ever again at one. Not impressed at all.
Bed felt like board. No phone tv remote didn't work o e channel.
